Abraham George has been working in Kent since 2010, focusing on commissioning support for urgent care, end-of-life care, and older people's health. He is also the public health lead on Individual Funding Requests, Clinical Effectiveness, and Kent County lead on the JSNA and Public Health Intelligence. He has provided strategic support to the Kent Integration Pioneer programme and promotes the use of whole population person-level linked datasets.

Anne-Lise Thieblemont

Senior Director, Government Affairs at Qualcomm

Anne-Lise Thieblemont is Senior Director of Global Technology Policy and Industry Relations at Qualcomm. She is responsible for policy and regulatory affairs related to new technology and market access strategies, focusing on public policy, business strategy, and mobile internet ecosystems. She holds an engineering degree from Telecom ParisTech and an MSc in Fundamental Physics from Paris XI University.

David Francis

Chief Security Officer at Huawei Europe

David Francis is Huawei's Cyber Security Officer in Europe. He started his career with British Telecom and has held several positions in the IT sector in the UK and the US. Prior to joining Huawei, he was Chief Operating Officer with an eCommerce platform and Vice President of Operations at Symantec, responsible for the SaaS/cloud operations unit.

David Martin

Senior Legal Officer at BEUC

David Martin is a Senior Legal Officer at BEUC, the European Consumer Organisation, representing 41 independent national consumer associations from 31 European countries. He focuses on privacy, data protection, and competition. Prior to joining BEUC, he worked at Burson-Marsteller and the EU Regional Office of Murcia in Brussels. He holds a law degree from the University of Murcia and a Master's in European Law from the University of Luxembourg.

Duncan Robinson

Brussels Correspondent at Financial Times

Duncan Robinson is the FT's Brussels correspondent, covering internet and telecommunications regulation, justice, employment, and migration, as well as Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. He joined the FT from the New Statesman in 2011.

Elaine McKinney

Compliance and Privacy Director at AVG Technologies

Elaine McKinney joined AVG Technologies in 2012 and is responsible for compliance and privacy-related matters within the Legal and Business Practices Department. She has built the company's privacy framework and designs privacy into all products and channels. Previously, she spent six years at Logica (now CGI) in the UK as the Information Security and Data Protection Officer.

Felix Braz

Minister of Justice at Luxembourg Government

Flix Braz was born on 16 March 1966 in Differdange. He studied law at the Universit Paris 1 Panthon-Sorbonne. Before becoming Minister of Justice in 2013, he served as a member of Parliament and held various roles, including vice-chairman of the Committee for Transport and chairman of the Green Party parliamentary group. He has also represented Parliament at various international assemblies.

Frances Robinson

Freelance Journalist

Frances Robinson is a freelance journalist who previously spent four years covering EU technology and telecoms regulation for the Wall Street Journal and Dow Jones in Brussels. She now writes about tech and telecoms, expat living, and food and wine. Her radio and TV appearances include Sky News, RTBF, CNBC, BBC News Channel, and BBC World Service.

Joan Antokol

Managing Partner at Park Legal LLC

Joan Antokol is internationally recognized for her work in privacy and data protection. She is the managing partner of Park Legal LLC, focusing on data privacy, information security, and records management. Prior to launching Park Legal, she was Vice President and Global Head of Privacy for the Novartis Group companies and worked for Hoffmann-La Roche Inc. She holds a BA from Cornell University and a JD from Rutgers University School of Law.
