Dykema Litigation Institute Webinar: The Constitutionality of the CFPB's Single Director Structure and Enforcement Actions

Dykema, a leading national law firm, is hosting a webinar titled "The Constitutionality of the CFPB’s Single Director Structure and Enforcement Actions Under Trump Appointees Mulvaney and Kraninger." This event is part of the Dykema Litigation Institute Webinar series and will be presented by attorneys Laura Baucus and Joseph Hickey.

The webinar will cover the consolidation of enforcement and audit authority under the CFPB, challenges to its single-director structure, and analyses of key court decisions such as the RD Legal Funding case and the DC Circuit's opinions in PHH Corp. Additionally, it will examine enforcement activities under Acting Director Mulvaney and Director Kraninger compared to those under former Director Cordray.
