International Conference on Digital Government Technology and Innovation 2022
The International Conference on Digital Government Technology and Innovation (DGTi-Con 2022) was held from March 24 to 25, 2022, at Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 in Bangkok, Thailand. Organized by the Digital Government Development Agency (DGA), this inaugural event aimed to provide a platform for students, researchers, young innovators, startups, entrepreneurs, data scientists, and technologists to share ideas about artificial intelligence, transformation, and innovation for the region's long-term development.
The conference covered five main topics: Technology for Public Sector, Agricultural and Sustainability, Services and Welfare, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SME), and Smart Education. These sessions addressed the integration of AI and digital technologies in various sectors to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
DGTi-Con 2022 featured two panel discussions titled "AI after Covid-19" and "Innovation in Local Government," along with seven speakers from various international organizations. The event also included networking opportunities and an expo hall showcasing innovative solutions in digital government technology.
The conference was designed for students, researchers, young innovators, startups, entrepreneurs, data analysts, and data scientists interested in the application of digital technologies and AI in government and public services. Attendees had the opportunity to engage with experts, share research, and explore innovative solutions for digital government transformation.
