The webinar covers a range of critical topics, including the ownership and regulation of surface and groundwater rights, the application and permitting processes, and current issues in water rights. Participants will also explore the Susquehanna and Delaware River Basin Commissions' roles, gain insights into the Federal Clean Water Act and NPDES permitting, and receive updates on PFAS and other contaminants in water.
