Georg Abusdal Engebretsen

Partner at Wiersholm

Georg specializes in assisting Norwegian and international enterprises and public institutions in compliance and investigations. He has extensive experience and expert knowledge in a wide range of compliance law matters across various business sectors, including technology, industry, and shipping. Georg is also an experienced litigator and has litigated cases concerning infringement penalties under the Norwegian Competition Act. He is often used as a lecturer both in Norway and abroad and has been a member of the compliance committee of the Center for Continuing Legal Education for many years. Georg has been ranked as one of Norway’s best lawyers in investigation and compliance in the Norwegian Financial Daily’s annual lawyers survey and is individually ranked by Chambers & Partners.

Ingvild Eidem Brurok

Ethics & Compliance Manager at Yara International ASA

Ingvild has extensive experience advising businesses on a broad range of compliance-related matters, such as risk assessments, integrity due diligence, and anti-corruption. She has experience conducting internal investigations in connection with notifications and whistleblower reports to Ethics & Compliance. Ingvild also has a broad background in Human Resources and is passionate about people and leadership, emphasizing the importance of creating an environment of psychological safety where employees feel comfortable speaking up and sharing concerns.

Niina Ratsula

Co-Founder at Nordic Business Ethics

Niina is a co-founder of Nordic Business Ethics Initiative and the driving force behind the Nordic Business Ethics Survey. She has supported numerous global and local organizations with governance and compliance-related matters as a leader and through her own company. Niina has received several acknowledgments for her work as a keynote speaker and business ethics influencer. She is also an author of several business ethics and governance-related books. The key conclusion of her PhD was that organizational culture plays a crucial role in the effectiveness of compliance programs. Niina believes that we should have more uncomfortable conversations at work to enable a more responsible work life.

Ty Francis

Chief Advisory Officer at LRN

Ty is LRN’s Chief Advisory Officer, leading the company’s worldwide Ethics & Compliance advisory business and corporate governance. He leads a cross-functional team of former CECOs, regulators, attorneys, behavioral analysts, and project managers, who provide strategic E&C program evaluations, conduct Ethics and Culture assessments, help companies reinvent and rewrite Codes of Conduct, and deliver policy simplification. Ty strives to identify and implement high-impact best practices that drive program excellence and meet the regulator’s expectations.
