State of Crypto: Policy and Regulation is a one-day event organized by CoinDesk, bringing together key policymakers, regulators, and government officials with legal, policy, and compliance executives from leading traditional and decentralized financial institutions. The event aims to establish best practices for the digital economy's legal, regulatory, and compliance frameworks.

The agenda includes discussions on legal case studies, priorities of the SEC and CFTC, custody, international regulation, domiciling crypto funds, self-custody rules, global frameworks, cyber and data security, consumer protection, and DeFi risk mitigation.
