The session will feature Isha Sharma, Founder & Director at Trayambak Overseas Pvt. Ltd., as the speaker. With a background in B.Tech, M.Tech, LL.B, and a PG Diploma in IPR, she has been a certified Patent Agent since 2013. Ms. Sharma has extensive experience in various aspects of intellectual property, including patentability searches, infringement analyses, and patent drafting. She has conducted workshops and delivered lectures at esteemed institutions such as IIT Patna, Geeta Law College Panipat, IIPTA Delhi, NITIE Mumbai, and JIMS Delhi.
