Cairo Design Week 2024

Cairo Design Week 2026 is the fourth edition of Egypt's premier design festival, scheduled from November 19 to 28, 2026. Organized by Creative Districts, the event transforms Cairo into a vibrant hub of creativity, featuring exhibitions, installations, workshops, talks, and interactive experiences across historic districts such as Zamalek, Downtown Cairo, and Heliopolis. The festival aims to celebrate the convergence of heritage, innovation, craftsmanship, and contemporary design, positioning Cairo as a dynamic destination for creative expression.

The 2026 edition emphasizes international participation and interdisciplinary collaboration. A highlight is TheMENAEdit, the MENA region's first structured cross-border design collective, co-produced by Creative Dialogues, Design Point, and Creative Districts. This initiative brings together 21 creatives from 10 countries to develop original design objects rooted in shared heritage and diverse perspectives. The collaborative process and resulting works will be showcased during the festival, reflecting the power of regional collaboration.

In addition to TheMENAEdit, the festival features a diverse range of activities, including exhibitions, installations, workshops, talks, panel discussions, and interactive experiences.
