Leadership in Law Firms

Leadership in Law Firms (LLF) is a six-day executive education program offered by Harvard Law School's Executive Education department. Designed for senior law firm leaders—including managing partners, department heads, practice group leaders, and chief officers—the program aims to equip participants with the perspectives and skills necessary for effective law firm leadership. The curriculum focuses on balancing professional responsibilities with leadership duties, strategic planning, organizational alignment, managing growth and change, and motivating teams.
