Riyadh International Disputes Week 2024
Riyadh International Disputes Week 2024 (RIDW24) is a premier event dedicated to exploring alternative dispute resolution (ADR) practices and opportunities within Saudi Arabia, the Middle East's largest economy. Organized by the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA), RIDW24 aims to bring together key players in the dispute resolution market to share knowledge, expertise, and foster collaborations.
The event will cover a wide range of topics, including commercial and investment arbitration, mediation, litigation, and the rule of law. Attendees can expect sessions such as "Dispute Resolution & Investigations in a Digital Age" by Bird & Bird LLP, "The Role Experts Play throughout the Dispute Resolution Process" by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and "Navigating the Evolving Disputes Landscape in Saudi Arabia" by Clyde & Co.
RIDW24 will feature the SCCA's 3rd International Conference and Exhibition on March 6, 2024, at the Hilton Riyadh Hotel Granada. Additionally, the event will host the oral proceedings stage of the 5th annual SCCA International Arabic Moot, held in-person for the first time, providing ample networking opportunities and exposure to notable speakers in the field.
