He also teaches at the University of California, Davis, Graduate School of Management.

Tim Del Castillo represents employees and employers in federal and state courts, administrative hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and direct negotiations, handling cases involving wage-and-hour class actions, PAGA cases, discrimination, harassment, and other employment-related claims.
