The BIO International Convention is the world's largest and most comprehensive event for the biotechnology industry, organized by the Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO). The 2025 convention is scheduled to take place from June 16 to 19 at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center, bringing together over 20,000 industry leaders from across the globe.
The convention will feature more than 180 sessions and 1,100 speakers across 20 focus areas, including AI and digital health, biomanufacturing, business development and investment, emerging opportunities in global markets, infectious diseases and vaccines, intellectual property, and oncology. These sessions aim to address critical topics at the intersection of science, business, and policy, providing attendees with insights into the current and future state of biotechnology.
In addition to the educational sessions, the event offers extensive networking opportunities through the proprietary BIO One-on-One Partnering™ system, which facilitates business development and collaboration among participants.
