Kevin Heath Day is an Arizona patent attorney with over 10 years’ experience, specializing in eDiscovery, intellectual property, and general business consulting. He advises both law firm and corporate clients on eDiscovery matters from collection through production. His background in business, law, and engineering enables him to develop and implement solutions from multiple perspectives. He has led document review teams at Ryley, Carlock & Applewhite and currently leads the Project Management team at TERIS, an end-to-end consultative eDiscovery services partner. Mr. Day has presented CLEs on using Relativity to facilitate reviews and has been a panelist at the ASU-Arkfeld eDiscovery Conference. He serves as a member of the State Bar of Arizona’s Technology Committee and Co-Chair of its ESI-EED Subcommittee. He is a past President, Vice-President, and member of the Industrial Development Authority for the Town of Gilbert.
