FORTRA Innovate 2025

Innovate 2025 is a premier conference dedicated to exploring emerging trends in private lending, organized by Fortra Law, the nation's largest private lending law firm. The event took place on August 21-22, 2025, at the VEA Newport Beach in Newport Beach, California.

The conference featured a comprehensive agenda covering key topics such as the impact of societal shifts on private lending, supply chain disruptions, evolving product lines, and the changing needs of borrowers and lenders. Attendees had the opportunity to engage in discussions about investments in new technology, brand management versus adoption of new product lines, and strategies to stay ahead in the dynamic lending landscape.

In addition to insightful sessions, Innovate 2025 offered dedicated networking times, educational panels led by industry legends, and two receptions. Notable speakers included Jeffrey Tesch, CEO of RCN Capital; Rick Sharga, Founder & CEO of CJ Patrick Company; and Jeff Tennyson, CEO of Lima One Capital. The event also marked the unveiling of Fortra Law's rebrand, celebrated with a launch party overlooking the Newport Beach coast.
