Andrew Viteritti

Principal Economist, Americas at Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU)

Andrew Viteritti is a senior member of EIU’s global forecasting team. Concurrently, he serves as principal economist for the Americas. Based in Washington DC, he regularly advises EIU’s international clients on the practical implications of policy developments, political risks, and global economic and geopolitical shocks. His areas of expertise include global economic growth, business environment and political risk, geopolitics, monetary policy, international trade, investment, and supply chains. He also writes EIU’s forecasts on the US, Mexico, and Canada, including on North America (USMCA) trade relations. He has worked for EIU for over a decade and previously worked for the World Bank in Europe and North Africa.

April Miller Boise is an executive with over 25 years' experience leading and advising global companies through significant transformation. Currently, she is Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer at Intel Corporation and a member of the Board of Directors of Trane Technologies (NYSE: TT). At Intel, she leads the global corporate affairs, legal, policy, business integrity, and international trade teams. She is a member of the executive leadership team and an advisor to the Intel Board of Directors. Miller Boise is responsible for overseeing the company's global engagement with policymakers, regulators, and industry leaders at the intersection of law, public policy, technology, and manufacturing. Miller Boise's decades of experience include executive leadership roles such as chief legal officer, head of global M&A, and managing partner. Early in her career, she practiced law on Wall Street with a focus on mergers & acquisitions and private equity. She later led the largest office of an AmLaw 200 law firm as its managing partner and was a member of the firm's executive committee. She has worked with multinational companies across many industries and end markets including technology, semiconductors, aerospace, power management, automotive, commercial transportation, mining, oil and gas, and financial services. She is a frequently requested speaker on topics including leadership; the changing role of the Chief Legal Officer; corporate governance and the role of the Board; the intersection of manufacturing and tech; the impacts of technology and artificial intelligence; government relations and economic policy; and career and talent development. Miller Boise holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago Law School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan Business School. Bimal Patel

Bimal Patel is executive vice-president and general counsel of PayPal Holdings. In his capacity as general counsel he oversees the company’s global legal function. Mr Patel joined PayPal in 2021 from the US Department of the Treasury, where he served as assistant secretary for financial institutions and oversaw several key portfolios.
