The keynote address, titled "Behind the Scenes: The Role of Mediation in Entertainment Dispute Resolution," will be delivered by Professor Sungkee Hong, Chairman of the Content Dispute Resolution Committee at the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the Republic of Korea. Professor Hong will explore the unique challenges and effective strategies for mediating disputes in the dynamic entertainment sector.

The event is scheduled for December 3, 2025, at Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer, located on the 23rd Floor of Gloucester Tower, 15 Queen’s Road Central. The evening will commence with a registration and cocktail reception from 6:00 PM to 6:45 PM, followed by welcome remarks and the seminar session.
