His career also includes significant roles at Liberty Mutual Insurance and the pioneering law company Clearspire, where he developed strategies for managing legal operations across large teams. Mike's technical expertise covers a wide range of disciplines and technologies including claims management systems, Lean Six Sigma, and various legal and workflow management tools. He is skilled in contract management tools and project management methodologies like Agile/Scrum/Waterfall.

Mori Kabiri is the author of 'Law Firm KPIs' and 'Legal Operations KPIs,' read in more than 40 countries. A former software founder turned legal-operations strategist, he leads InfiniGlobe LLC, helping law firms and legal departments adopt technology, automate processes, and implement KPIs that drive real results. He also founded the Legal KPIs Forum (now active across six regions) where peers share practical ways to modernize legal work.
