His key deliveries include process and ETL automation (Python/SQL) with efficiency gains; forecasting and budget analytics with ML for strategic planning; implementation of Data Quality and Governance ensuring corporate reliability. As a professor and ambassador in global communities (CLOC, ILTA, Future Law), he disseminates knowledge in AI, KPIs, and automation for legal and business professionals. He combines technical vision with strategic capability to translate data into actionable insights and drive measurable results. Specialized in connecting technology and business, he transforms data into competitive advantage.

Mike Russell

Head of Global Legal Operations at Expedia Group

Mike Russell is the Head of Global Legal Operations at Expedia Group, with over 30 years of experience improving legal operational efficiency and integrating technology in legal services. He previously led operations and process excellence for the Ingersoll Rand Global Legal Department, now known as Trane Technologies. His career also includes significant roles at Liberty Mutual Insurance and the pioneering law company Clearspire, where he developed strategies for managing legal operations across large teams. Mike's technical expertise covers a wide range of disciplines and technologies including claims management systems, Lean Six Sigma, and various legal and workflow management tools. He is skilled in contract management tools and project management methodologies like Agile/Scrum/Waterfall.

Mori Kabiri

Founder at Legal Operations & KPIs

Mori Kabiri is the author of 'Law Firm KPIs' and 'Legal Operations KPIs,' read in more than 40 countries. A former software founder turned legal-operations strategist, he leads InfiniGlobe LLC, helping law firms and legal departments adopt technology, automate processes, and implement KPIs that drive real results. He also founded the Legal KPIs Forum (now active across six regions) where peers share practical ways to modernize legal work. Blending curiosity, data, and design thinking, Mori believes AI should augment human judgment, not replace it, and that great systems help people see the beauty in their work. He continues to mentor the next wave of legal-ops talent and explore the frontier of practical AI for legal teams.
