Reducing Litigation Risk by Changing the Culture of Discovery

by Marcus Evans

"Reducing Litigation Risk by Changing the Culture of Discovery" is a webinar organized by Marcus Evans, focusing on the impact of discovery culture on litigation risk. The event emphasizes that recent amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure alone are insufficient to address current challenges in the discovery process without a corresponding cultural shift within organizations.

Key topics include strategies for legal professionals to lead cultural changes within their organizations, aiming to reduce costs, expedite resolutions, and improve court outcomes. The webinar features insights from experts such as Raquel Tamez, Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at SourceAmerica, and Philip Favro, a consultant at Driven, who bring extensive experience in litigation, e-discovery, and information governance.

Attendees will have opportunities to engage with speakers during Q&A sessions, facilitating discussions on implementing cultural changes in discovery practices. The event is designed for legal professionals, including in-house counsel and litigation attorneys, seeking to enhance their understanding of discovery processes and mitigate litigation risks through organizational culture shifts.
