"The January 6 Prosecutions in Retrospect" is a panel discussion organized by Yale Law School, scheduled for April 10, 2025, from 12:10 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. in Room 127 of the Sterling Law Building. The event is sponsored by Professors William Eskridge and Kate Stith and is open exclusively to members of the Yale Law School community.

The panel will feature Hon. Dabney L. Friedrich ’92, U.S. District Court Judge for the District of Columbia; Sonia Mittal ’13, former Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia; and Scott Wendelsdorf, Chief Federal Public Defender for the Western District of Kentucky. They will discuss the legal and procedural aspects of the prosecutions following the January 6, 2021, Capitol incursion, including charges, judicial proceedings, sentencing, and pardons.
