The TPI Aspen Forum 2025 is an annual conference organized by the Technology Policy Institute, bringing together experts from academia, industry, and government to discuss the impact of technology policy and regulation on daily life. The event is scheduled to take place in person at the St. Regis Aspen Resort from August 17 to 19, 2025.

The forum will cover a range of critical topics through panel discussions, fireside chats, keynotes, and working groups. Key sessions include "Current Developments in Antitrust Policy," "Reimagining Digital Trade in a Fractured World," "Privacy and Governmental Surveillance," "Global Telecom Regulatory Perspectives," "AI and Energy Markets," and "Geopolitics of AI." Additionally, breakout sessions will address subjects such as "Economics of the New Space Race," "Content Moderation and Free Speech," "Spectrum Policy," "Video Competition," and "Copyright and AI."

Attendees will have opportunities to engage with notable speakers, including Jay Bhattacharya from the National Institutes of Health, Börje Ekholm of Ericsson Group, James Goeders from Google Quantum AI, and Chad Jones from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business. The event also features networking receptions and the TPI Tech Hub, designed to showcase the latest in technology and innovation.

The forum is ideal for professionals in technology policy, law, and related fields who are interested in understanding and influencing the intersection of technology and public policy.
