U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit Oral Arguments at Duke Law

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit held oral arguments at Duke Law School on Wednesday, February 5. The panel comprised Chief Circuit Judge Kimberly A. Moore, Circuit Judge Todd M. Hughes, a Duke Law alumnus from the class of 1992, and Circuit Judge Tiffany P. Cunningham. This event provided students with a unique opportunity to observe federal appellate proceedings firsthand.

During the session, the judges presided over live oral arguments, allowing attendees to witness real-world legal advocacy in action. Following the arguments, Professor Arti Rai moderated a question-and-answer session where the judges shared insights into judicial decision-making processes.
