1st NLIU National Symposium on Securities Law & Capital Markets 2026
The Centre for Financial Markets and Regulatory Systems (CFMRS) at the National Law Institute University (NLIU), Bhopal, is organizing the inaugural NLIU National Symposium on Securities Law & Capital Markets on April 4–5, 2026. This symposium aims to provide a platform for academicians, practitioners, research scholars, policy experts, and students to engage with contemporary developments and emerging challenges in India's securities regulation and capital markets framework.
The symposium will cover key themes such as structural reforms towards a coherent securities law code, regulation of Infrastructure Investment Trusts (InvITs), Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), and alternative investment structures, primary markets and capital formation, as well as secondary markets, market infrastructure, and enforcement.
