26th Annual Intellectual Property Scholars Conference

The 26th Annual Intellectual Property Scholars Conference, scheduled for August 6-7, 2026, at Stanford Law School, is a premier gathering for intellectual property scholars to present and discuss their works-in-progress. Hosted by the Program in Law, Science & Technology at Stanford Law School, the conference is co-sponsored by the Berkeley Center for Law and Technology at UC Berkeley School of Law, the Intellectual Property Law Program at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University, and the Center for Intellectual Property Law and Information Technology at DePaul University College of Law.
