2026 AAA-ICDR4 Technology Conference

The 2026 AAA-ICDR® Technology Conference, titled "A Century of Resolution: Cracking the Code of Technology Disputes," is scheduled for November 3, 2026, in New York City. Organized by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), the conference is sponsored by Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Wilson Sonsini partner Matthew Reed serves on the conference board and will provide opening remarks.

This conference will examine how dispute resolution must evolve to address technology-driven conflicts, including AI governance, SEP/FRAND disputes, and autonomous agent liability. It features interactive panels, case studies, and talks from leading practitioners, in-house counsel, academics, and technology leaders to deliver practical insights into emerging dispute-resolution approaches.
