ABA White Collar Crime Institute 2026
The 2026 White Collar Crime Institute, organized by the American Bar Association's Criminal Justice Section, is scheduled for March 10-13 at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina. This premier event brings together legal professionals, enforcement officials, and academics to discuss pressing issues in white-collar crime.
The conference will feature over 25 breakout sessions and five plenary sessions covering topics such as cybersecurity, cryptocurrencies, money laundering, international law, trial practice fundamentals, antitrust enforcement, and international extradition. Notable sessions include "The Art of Trial in the Age of AI and the TikTok Era: Trial Practice Fundamentals" and "Developments in Crypto and Digital Currency."
Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from distinguished speakers, including California State Attorney General Rob Bonta and Illinois State Attorney General Kwame Raoul during a special session on March 11, and former Acting Assistant Attorney General Matthew Galeotti of the Department of Justice’s Criminal Division during the E. Lawrence Barcella, Jr. Memorial Address on March 12. The event also offers networking opportunities and a chance to engage with leading experts in the field.
