2026 Annual Meeting and Seminar

The 2026 Annual Meeting and Seminar is a comprehensive virtual event organized by the Montana Association of Legal Assistants*Paralegals, Inc. This seminar is designed to provide paralegals and legal assistants with advanced knowledge and skills pertinent to their profession.

The seminar features a series of presentations covering critical topics such as traditional normative ethical principles, legal research and writing, and strategies for overcoming imposter syndrome. These sessions aim to enhance participants' understanding of ethical standards, improve their research and writing capabilities, and build confidence in their professional roles.

Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with experienced professionals, including Deborah Kottel, Professor at the University of Providence, who will lead sessions on ethics and legal research. Additionally, Kelli Radnothy and Callie Wylie will present on building sustainable careers in the legal profession, offering valuable insights into professional development and leadership.

This seminar is ideal for paralegals and legal assistants seeking to deepen their expertise, stay updated on industry standards, and connect with peers in the field. Participation in this event will also contribute to fulfilling Continuing Legal Education (CLE) requirements, with a total of 3 CLE hours available, including 1 hour in legal ethics.
