Black Hat Middle East & Africa (Black Hat MEA) is a premier cybersecurity conference and exhibition held annually in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Organized by the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming and Drones (SAFCSP) and Tahaluf, a Saudi-British events and exhibitions company, the event is produced in association with the Black Hat team. The inaugural edition took place from 28–30 November 2021 at the Riyadh Front Expo Centre, attracting over 25,000 attendees, 250 cybersecurity exhibitors, and 50 expert ethical hackers. The conference has since grown significantly, with the 2023 edition drawing more than 40,000 information security professionals and featuring over 300 speakers and exhibitors representing more than 120 countries. The 2026 edition is scheduled for 1–3 December 2026 at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center (Malham).
