CELS Lunchtime Seminar: Effectiveness and Coherence in Article 102 TFEU

The Centre for European Legal Studies (CELS) at the University of Cambridge is hosting a Lunchtime Seminar titled "Effectiveness and Coherence in Article 102 TFEU" on Wednesday, 11 March 2026, at 1:00 PM. The seminar will take place in Room G24 of the Faculty of Law, located at 10 West Road, Cambridge CB3 9DZ, United Kingdom. A sandwich lunch will be provided at 12:30 PM in Room G26, preceding the seminar.

The seminar will feature Professor Niamh Dunne from the London School of Economics, who will explore the challenges and developments in enforcing Article 102 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU). The discussion will focus on reconciling different perspectives on effective abuse of dominance enforcement and the implications for legal certainty and market regulation.
