EALA’s conferences are normally approved by the Solicitors Regulation Authority of England and Wales for the purposes of Continuing Professional Development credits. Many US jurisdictions have an Approved Jurisdictions Policy in place under which US attorneys may count towards their respective CLE requirement credit earned through participation in out-of-state courses accredited by an approved jurisdiction. As the UK (Law Society of England and Wales) is an approved jurisdiction in several states, the respective credits earned through participation in EALA’s events can be used for CLE requirements in those states.
