Education Law Conference 2026

The Education Law Conference 2026 is the third annual event organized by 3PB Barristers, scheduled for Thursday, February 5, 2026, at IET London: Savoy Place. This full-day conference is designed for education practitioners and will feature presentations from 3PB's specialist education law barristers, including Charlotte Hadfield, John Friel, Lachlan Wilson, Katherine Anderson, Emma Calvert, Ben Amunwa, Alice de Coverley, Jim Hirschmann, Alex Leonhardt, Liz Adams, and Olivia McGonigle.

The conference will cover a range of pertinent topics, such as safeguarding in higher education and schools, the Early Years Framework, calculating damages in civil education claims, duties of care in higher education, school discipline review, attendance and education other than at school (EOTAS), and a case law update. These sessions aim to provide attendees with comprehensive insights into current issues and developments in education law.

Attendees will be provided with breakfast pastries, hot and cold beverages, and lunch throughout the day. A drinks reception will follow the conference, offering networking opportunities. Early Bird tickets are available for £110 plus VAT until Friday, November 14, after which tickets will be priced at £130 plus VAT.
