Employment Law Conference Webinar

The Employment Law Conference Webinar is an annual event organized by the National Employment Law Institute (NELI), a non-profit educational organization dedicated to providing continuing legal education for employment and labor attorneys, as well as human resource professionals. This comprehensive webinar spans three days, offering 3.5 hours of instruction each day, and includes a complimentary two-hour Ethics in Labor and Employment Law Webinar.

The conference covers a wide array of pertinent topics, including recent developments in Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) law, the integration of artificial intelligence in the workplace, strategies for handling harassment and conducting investigations, updates on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) focusing on "reasonable accommodation," compliance and best practices for the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and insights into retaliation and whistleblowing claims.

Participants will receive a PDF copy of the updated Employment Law Conference Manual, providing valuable reference material. The webinar is conducted via Zoom, allowing for real-time interaction with faculty and the opportunity to submit questions throughout the program. For those unable to attend live, recordings are available for six months, ensuring flexibility in accessing the content.

This conference is ideal for employment and labor attorneys, human resource professionals, and others involved in employment law who seek to stay informed about the latest legal developments and best practices. Attendees can earn between 10.5 to 12.5 hours of Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits, with the option to earn up to 14.75 hours by participating in the Ethics Webinar.
