European Association of Climate Law 2nd Annual Conference

The European Association of Climate Law (EACL) is organizing its 2nd Annual Conference titled "Climate Law 10 Years after the Paris Agreement," scheduled for September 17–18, 2026, in Helsinki, Finland. The event is hosted by the Center for Climate Change, Energy and Environmental Law (CCEEL) at the University of Eastern Finland.
The conference aims to evaluate the progress and challenges in climate law a decade after the Paris Agreement's inception. Key topics include the current state of international climate law, the evolution of EU climate law, comparative and domestic climate law in Europe and beyond, and theoretical and methodological approaches to climate law research.
