Fifth Annual U.S. Oil & Gas and Renewable Energy Law Seminar
The Fifth Annual U.S. Oil & Gas and Renewable Energy Law Seminar, organized by The Foundation for Natural Resources and Energy Law in partnership with NAPE, is scheduled for February 18, 2026, at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, Texas. This seminar aims to provide legal education to professionals in the energy sector, including lawyers and landmen, focusing on current issues in oil, gas, and renewable energy law.
The seminar will cover a range of pertinent topics, such as recent developments in oil and gas law, legal challenges associated with the increasing energy demands of data centers, strategies for drafting and negotiating oil and gas master purchase order agreements, and an introduction to offshore oil and gas development law, including the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act and federal-state authority dynamics.
