Nicholas Fell is General Counsel of BW Group. He is also a Director of NorthStandard Limited P&I Club, Chairman of the Documentary Committee of BIMCO, an Associate Mediator of the Singapore Mediation Centre, and is a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators. In his role as General Counsel of BW Group, Nick oversees the Legal, Insurance and Corporate Secretarial departments of the Group. Nick has worked with BW since 2012. Before joining BW, Nick was Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel for AET Group (a tanker owner and operator). Nick has an LLB from University of Liverpool, an LLM from the University of Leicester and an MBA from the University of Chicago. He is qualified as a lawyer in England, Hong Kong, New York and California.

Sabrina is currently Global Head of Legal & Compliance for Danone, Specialized Nutrition. Her professional experience includes roles in eight countries, five continents across consumer goods, private equity, and law. A passionate B Corp community builder, she has helped Danone subsidiaries across 40+ countries achieve B Corp certification since 2016. Sabrina was named 2024 UK GC of the Year by Women & Diversity in Law and was a founding member of CHIEF, a global network focused on connecting and supporting women executive leaders.
