II Encuentro de Derecho Digital ICAM

The II Encuentro de Derecho Digital ICAM is a conference organized by the Sección TIC of the Ilustre Colegio de la Abogacía de Madrid (ICAM), in collaboration with the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), the Spanish Association of Compliance (ASCOM), and the Spanish Association of Entertainment Law (DENAE). The event is scheduled to take place on January 13 and 22, 2026, at the ICAM headquarters in Madrid.

The conference will address key topics such as the governance of high-risk artificial intelligence systems and the implications of intellectual property, trade secrets, and confidentiality in the use of artificial intelligence.
