Attendees will have opportunities to network with federal, state, and local law enforcement officers from across the United States and several foreign countries. The conference will be held at The Westin San Diego Gaslamp Quarter, located at 910 Broadway Circle, San Diego, CA 92101. The INIA room rate is $199, which is the 2026 Federal per diem rate, and is only guaranteed for the dates of May 10 – May 15, 2026 (Sunday through Thursday night). Reservations must be made before Monday, April 27, 2026, to secure this rate. Please note that the conference hotel rate deadline has now passed, and rooms may be available at the normal hotel rate.

The course fee is $475, which includes an 18-month membership to INIA. All attendees must be current sworn law enforcement officers, police attorneys, prosecutors, or intelligence analysts.
