Legal Clerk Course

The Legal Clerk Course is a one-week program designed to equip non-Legalman military and civilian personnel with the skills necessary to perform administrative support functions in military criminal law, military justice procedures, and administrative law. Organized by the Naval Justice School, this course combines lectures and practical exercises to ensure participants can effectively identify legal issues and prepare essential legal documents, such as service record entries, non-judicial punishment reports, and administrative separation documentation.
