Legal Edge: 2026 Attorney Workshop Series - Estate Planning and Elder Law

The Tioga County Chamber of Commerce is hosting the "Legal Edge: 2026 Attorney Workshop Series - Estate Planning and Elder Law" on March 18, 2026. This workshop will be presented by attorneys Kristen Luce and Lindsey Johnson from Coughlin & Gerhart, LLP, and is designed to provide valuable insights into estate planning and elder law.

The session will cover key topics such as drafting wills and trusts, understanding power of attorney, navigating Medicaid planning, and addressing guardianship issues. Attendees will gain practical knowledge to assist clients in managing their estates and planning for elder care.

The workshop will take place from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Board of Education Building, 5 Sheldon Guile Blvd, Owego, NY.
