Senior Legal Administrator at U.S. Army Europe and Africa

CW4 Parra has over 15 years of service as a legal administrator in the JAG Corps, most recently serving as the Senior Legal Administrator for U.S. Army Europe and Africa in Wiesbaden, Germany. His extensive experience at the strategic echelons of the U.S. Army includes assignments as Senior Legal Administrator for Eighth Army in South Korea, Army North at Fort Sam Houston, Texas, U.S. Army Medical Command at Fort Sam Houston, Texas, 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, and Legal Administrator for the Special Litigation Team (U.S. v. Bradley Manning) at Fort McNair, Washington, D.C.
