Navigate 2026: Digital Policy Leadership Summit is a premier event co-hosted by the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University and the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). This summit convenes a select community of global leaders from industry, government, academia, and civil society to engage in critical conversations at the intersection of data, technology, and societal impact. Participants collaborate in interactive sessions to develop working policy concepts aimed at resolving tensions and fostering innovation, connection, and societal progress.

The summit's agenda features a range of breakout sessions addressing pressing topics such as privacy and AI governance challenges, data sovereignty, enforcement strategies, and policy pathways for agentic AI in both public and private sectors. Notable sessions include "Panic Meets Policy: Privacy and AI Governance Challenges in a Regulatory Rush," "Tariff Wars and Chip Wars, but What about 'Data Wars?'," and "The Billion Dollar Club: Enforcement Strategies and Risk Response." These discussions are led by esteemed experts and thought leaders in the field.
