The SCCLP Corporate Law & Practice Conference 2026 is a premier event organized by the Student Chapter for Corporate Law & Practice (SCCLP) at O.P. Jindal Global University. The conference will cover a range of critical topics in corporate law, structured into six thematic tracks: Deal Making: Financing Innovation & Modern M&A Structuring; Exit Engineering: Private Capital & Public Market Exit Strategies; Technology & Automation in Corporate Transactions; Cross Border Structuring & Multi-Jurisdictional Control; Insolvency, Homebuyer Rights & Stakeholder Resolution; and Data Governance, DPDP Compliance & Corporate Accountability. Each track will delve into contemporary issues and developments pertinent to corporate law practitioners and scholars.
