The Billion Dollar Club: Enforcement Strategies and Risk Response is a breakout session scheduled for Wednesday, June 24, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM EDT, as part of the Navigate 2026: Digital Policy Leadership Summit. This session is organized by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), a not-for-profit association founded in 2000 with a mission to define, promote, and improve the professions of privacy, AI governance, and digital responsibility globally.

The session will delve into the increasing enforcement activities following the introduction of new privacy laws across the United States. Discussions will focus on the varying approaches regulators may adopt, including litigation, pre-suit settlements, audits, and priority-based enforcement.
