The Law and Finance of Private Equity and Venture Capital

The Law and Finance of Private Equity and Venture Capital is an annual conference that brings together leading academics, practitioners, and policymakers to discuss the latest developments in private equity and venture capital. The 2026 edition is organized by Bocconi University, the DFG LawFin Center at Goethe University Frankfurt, LSE Law School, the Faculty of Law at the University of Oxford, the Institute for Law & Economics at the University of Pennsylvania, and the European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI). The event is scheduled for June 25-26, 2026, at Goethe University Frankfurt's Campus Westend.
