The training will cover key topics including preservation, scope of discovery, form of production, privilege, and the handling of social media, messaging apps, ephemeral data, and AI-generated content. Participants will engage in mock Rule 26(f) conferences and a mock Rule 16(b) case management conference, providing hands-on experience in negotiating and resolving common eDiscovery issues.

The program features both online and in-person components. The online session is scheduled for January 21, 2026, via Zoom, while the in-person sessions will take place on February 4-5, 2026, at the offices of Norton Rose Fulbright in New York, NY. Attendees will have opportunities for extensive dialogue with veteran trial lawyers, eDiscovery experts, and judges, as well as personalized feedback during the exercises.

This training is ideal for legal professionals involved in eDiscovery processes, including in-house counsel, outside counsel, and eDiscovery specialists.
