The XV ILNU Antitrust Moot Court Competition & Conference is a premier academic event hosted by the Moot Court Committee (Organising) in collaboration with the Centre for Competition Law and Market Studies (CCLMS) at the Institute of Law, Nirma University. Scheduled from February 27 to March 1, 2026, this three-day national event builds upon the legacy of fourteen successful editions, bringing together students, scholars, practitioners, and experts to engage with contemporary and emerging issues in competition law.

The event features a Pre-Moot Conference, a Paper Presentation Segment, and the Antitrust Moot Court Competition. The Pre-Moot Conference and Paper Presentation Segment provide forums for interdisciplinary, policy-focused antitrust research and meaningful academic exchange. The Moot Court Competition involves multiple rounds of oral arguments and written submissions, assessed by senior practitioners and academics, focusing on legal and economic reasoning in antitrust regulation.

Participants will have opportunities for networking with peers and professionals in the field, attending insightful panel discussions, and engaging in academic discourse. The event aims to foster a deeper understanding of antitrust regulation and cultivate the next generation of competition-law professionals.

This event is ideal for law students, legal scholars, and practitioners interested in competition law. Attendees will gain valuable insights into current antitrust issues, enhance their advocacy skills, and connect with leading experts in the field.
