United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit

The United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit is the largest of the thirteen courts of appeals, covering nine western states and two Pacific Island jurisdictions. It is responsible for reviewing decisions of district courts within its jurisdiction.
