Juan Javier Negri is the senior partner at Negri & Pueyrredon, a boutique firm in Buenos Aires. He has written extensively on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, and practice. Juan holds a chair at Universidad Austral on corporate conflicts and is the current chairman of the Argentine Association of Comparative Law. He has served on the boards of several large Argentine corporations and is an active member of international lawyers' organizations. Juan is also recognized for his work in art and cultural heritage law.
