Ashley Walters is an Assistant Attorney General in the Antitrust and Nonprofit Enforcement Section of the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia. She leads investigations and enforcement actions across various industries, including digital markets and emerging technologies. Previously, she was a litigation associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Walters earned her B.A. from Haverford College and her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where she also obtained a Certificate in Management from the Wharton School of Business.
