He has a 23-year long practice focusing on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, equity capital markets and both transactional and day-to-day advice for private equity funds and domestic and multinational companies. He has an extensive track record in banking, fintech, energy and retail M&A transactions. He has a strong record in project finance transactions, specifically in renewable and thermal energy projects, as well as extensive expertise in debt capital markets and asset-backed financing transactions.
