Marcus Heyland

Marcus Heyland is a principal in the KPMG Washington National Tax office, focusing on transfer pricing and international tax issues. Before joining KPMG, Marcus was a tax policy advisor at the OECD’s Centre for Tax Policy and Administration, where he provided strategic input into the development of Pillar Two, a global minimum taxation regime. He earned a Master's degree from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Iowa.
